I wasn't able to commnet in a previous thead that has been locked but I want everyone to know that this forum is not the only forum where discussions about protection in models at C3d is being discussed.
  In another forum we are called the Mob now and that I don't take lightly.

Also persons wonder why people are leaving Renderosity Vue forum.  Open you r eyes everyoine and look who all has been asked to join other  forums and it will be easy to see.

I hate to see people leaving Renderosity for other places but lets get real and try to see what has been taking place in the last year or so.

 As I have stated many times before I like vue and hope e-on remembers us who have bought versions from the beginning before all this stuff about protection took place.

  I hope this post is able to stay without being deleted and if it is I want a good reason why because I have not bashed anyone or called any names.   Let everyone decide for themselves what I mean.  
 I was ready to let it all drop and forget about it but I don't like to be called part of a Mob whe I dint have anything to do with people going elsewhere. :)   That was their choice.

They do have there special people here that have a controll fetish .  When I decide to get a better program to do 3d art on, I think IO will go with another company that treats customer as number one. Even if they are not in one of the arigant cliques

Iloco, I'm sorry if you feel the word "mob" is derogotory. I really wasn't meant that way.

When we all jump on a hot topic, we always form a mob. Too many people trying to talk at once. Comments out of synch. Hotblooded responses that later have to be "qualified" or retracted. I've never once minded being part of the mob here, ... and this is not the first time I've taken an unpopular position and been pummeled by the mob. I'm happy to say that I've always found it useful, being part of the mob. To me, anyhow, its not a ill-meant phrase.

There are things I don't like. For example, I very much like Veritas. But I hate it when he yells "NAZI!" Doesn't change my affection for Veritas one bit. The whole episode here doesn't change my affection for anyone here. We very often are a mob here. The only part I really dislike are the personal "site messages' that are meant to be hurtful, or maybe just represent the need to have the last word on the subject. But that didn't happen in the publci discussion, and I hope to live long enough to participate in at least one more of these mob discussions before I hang it up.

So the one who edited their comments at C3D did they mean the same as you when they mentioned us as Mobs.  Anyone reading the thread at C3d before some editing took effect would see plainly we were the bad guys versus the good guys at c3d.

You may have got caught up in your comments forester as I do some times and didnt exactly mean for it to sound as it was typed but when another says the mob was attacting you then I take it they ment different than your explanation.  They know who they were and I will not name any names so I want be seen as bashing and have this thread locked.

  I am through with all this about protection untill I see what e-on intends to do about it.
If they remove it and have a store like all the other sites I will buy some models.
If they continue to want a protection in the models and code in vue to enforce this then I will spend my money at other sites that don't do this.

I am sure some at c3d would love to tell me Great take your money else where that we don't need or want you around.  I am human and know how humans think when two sides have different opinions.    I am not mad at anyone even though I see a lot of hate in post and amybe people see it from what I say but I don't mean to harm anyone.   I just want to be heard as the rest and be able to voice what I think would help all of us when wanting to see C3d be as all other stores.

You said that you didnt like the protection in the locked thread and a few others as well, so now its time to see if e-on and c3d listens and if not I see more discussions in the future about this subject of protection of which C3d is the only store I know of that wants to be different than the others.     What ever is decide is ok with me but for me to spend money at C3d it will have to be like other stores that appreciates its customers. :)

 I am looking forward to Vue 6 and I hope all the problems that are dividing the vue community can be fixed and we get back as it use to be when all of us were giving and getting help here at Renderosity wehn Vue 4 and Vue 4 pro were the programs we all used.  After Vue 5 something very bad went wrong and I think anyone with open eyes can see and read and know where the problem lies. :)

  Forester I still consider you a great friend and you know where I am at if I can ever be of any help to you.  Same to anyone that knows me. :)
