Hi Chris,

You need to logout and clear your cache, dump cookies and relogin. If that doesn't work, let us know 😄

Hi Jumpstartme2

I always have the same problem my browser Internet does not ask me for register my login and my password for Renderosity. My browser Internet is firefox but I have to try with Internet explorer same result

Ok, try this then and see if it works..

Open your browser.
Click on Tools>Options>Privacy>Cookies tab
Set these settings,{see image} then logout of Rendo, delete all cookies regarding Renderosity..then log back in..see what it does then :)

Why don't the thumbnails on my free items appear any more? And no, I haven't touched them. They're on the same server they were on a year ago.

Why is there no more "top contributors" by area like it whas before? What I do like is that there's now a link to all specific contributor free stuff in that list, because that whas missing before.

OK, well I am seeing both thumbnails appearing now for your freestuff items.
Are you still unable to view?

Yes, I still get blanks. It was working fine before the change to php. Oh well, there's nothing much I can do about it. Disappointing.

Right - I must be seeing them because they're in my cache. (I viewed the image URLs to ensure I could get there.)
I'll bring this up to the programmer.

OK - 6 members of staff have had a look, and all can see your thumbs, using a variety of browsers.

I don't really know why you can't see them, but it seems everyone else can?
