You need to go into the Surfaces palette (View>Tabs>Surfaces). It's easiest to use if you select Show surface list from the options menu (the triangle button at top-right of the palette).
Hair first - I'm not sure how many surfaces will be listed, but try selecting each from the list and removing the map under Opacity in turn (and put it back if it doesn't bring the body of the hair up) To change the map, click the button with a file name in the Opacity section, then click None; to bring the map back either Undo or click the triangle that remains next to the Opacity slider and pick the file name.
For the face, it looks as if the wrong texture is being applied (unless there are two versions of the figure with different mappings, in which case you need to use the other figure). Usually D|S isn't too bad about grabbing the wrong file, but it can happen (especially if the wrong path is given in the pose, so that D|S has to go hunting). Look to see what is listed when you select the head texture (may be called something like SkinHead). Check the file names and folders in the zip for Koshini, then click the file name under Diffuse, select Browse for image, and load the file from the folder in the Runtime you installed to. If that fixes it D|S is loading the wrong map for some reason, the easiest fix is probably to carry on loading the right maps as you just did (once you have loaded each map once you can just pick it from the list) then save a material preset and use that rather than the original pose file.
Koshini 1 and Koshini 2 have different mapping, so if your figure is Koshini 2, and the texture is for Koshini 1, they won't match.

If you have the Show surface list option on, you should have a list down the left edge of the palette with each thing in your scene listed (Koshini, her hair and anything else). Under each item there will be a list of materials - the areas the surface of the item is divided up into, which can have different settings from other areas. On the right there will be a parameters area, which looks a bit like the parameters palette with sliders, colour seelction bars, and either little triangle buttons or long buttons showing a file name.
Find the hair in the list of parts, then click on the first surface listed under it. In the Parameters area find the Opacity section - there will probably be a long button with a file name under the Opacity slider. Click the button and select None from the menu. Does the body of the hair appear, or do the wisps you can already see suddenly become solid sheets of cylinders? If the former that should have fixed the hair, if the latter undo and try the next surface listed under the hair on the left.
