Along with Scott's advice, I'd also suggest that you try setting the scale on the camera to %100. For whatever reason, sometimes the scaling on the camera will effect where the eyes point in a situation like this one. This doesn't always work but in many instances it corrects the problem. BTW when you set the scale to %100, you'll have to reposition the camera for the working view.

I just can't make the character's eyes point at the Main Camera, which is animated, while I have Main Camera selected; they turn down instead. And it's the same if I select and "point to" the Posing Camera. Moreover, some of the time Posing Camera isn't even shown in the panel as a Point To choice. I have succeeded in the past, but it isn't working now. Any idea what's wrong?
