hey where did you put the Legends of Mernac results the link on the front page isn't working?

i have seen this post since yesterday and today i awoke to find a simple question unsanswered. i'm sorry but if i ask a question politely, i think i would deserve an answer from somebody who has some idea so this person doesn't have to spend an entire 24 hours wondering what on earth is going on. if the judges are having some difficulties or still could not determine a winner the least they could do is let everyone know that the results will be delayed. you expect people to submit their entries on time, these people expect the result to be announced at the date they said it will be announced. failing that, we should at least hear from somebody about the delay because where i come from it is called common bloody courtesy!!!!

This question was posted after midnight last night, it wasn't up yesterday but I do apologize for the delay this morning as I was awaiting the response from the Contest Admin.

He informed me that the results are not posted yet. The Contest Manager got the votes from the judges last night and today so he will show the results later this evening.

I am SO sorry no one's answered your question.  I will find an answer and post it here for you.  Our problem is we haven't a "delegated" Mernacian to man our Renderosity presence, right now, and we were unaware that anyone was trying to get info on Mernac over here.

We will immediately find someone to closely monitor Renderosity/Mernac activity in the forums, so you will not have this problem in the future.

We most sincerely apologize for any unpleasant feelings concerning either Renderosity or Mernac in regards to our contest.  We were unexpectedly hit with a serious problem regarding the rating system.  We were forced to hire additional programmers to quickly remedy the problem, however, we didn't become aware of the problem until the contest was due to close.  Unfortunately, the entire Mernac Admin team was working 24/7 to resolve the rating issue, as well as, completing a move to a Dedicated Server.  This is no excuse, detailed communications should have been provided to you.  We do want you to know, though, we didn't NOT communicate with the intention of ignoring you, or just not caring.  Truth is, we were literally pulling our hair out, trying to find and work out the best possible solutions to a couple of major ugly problems on the spur of  moment.  We do feel terrible that some of you have had a less than wonderful experience with Mernac, and will endevor to work hard to regain your praise.
