Has anyone installed IE 7 on their computer yet?  And if so, has anyone had any problems?

OH p.s. bloodryane the movie sucks, but the game`s ok.

Yeah, I've installed it and haven't had any problems yet. One thing I've noticed is that pages seem to load slower that they do with Firefox, especially Rosity pages. And, in the Gallery, where in Firefox, the thumbnail views take up the full screen, in IE7, they only take up about half a page even tho the Rosity page is full screen.

Installed it about 2 weeks ago and I think it's great, no bad issues to report so far!!

Yes.  There are some issues for PCs with non-standard set-ups.
I had some problems with IE7-RC1, so I made sure of a few things before installing.
IE7 installed smoothly last night!!
MY RECOMMENDATIONS for things to do before you install IE7.
(a) Set a Restore Point, just in case.
(b) Make sure you current version of IE is the default browser [ ESSENTIAL ]
(c) Disable all firewalls and AV while installing.
(d) When asked by IE7 to check for latest updates, SAY NO.
(e) If you have changed IE Security Zone defaults, put both http://runonce.msn.com &
http://*.microsoft.com in the Trusted Zone.
(f) You need to be connected to the Internet during the installation.
INSTALLATION FEATURES AND SIDE EFFECTS.
(A) PC reboots twice during installation.
(B) QUICK LAUNCH Toolbar in task bar at the bottom of the screen was turned off by installation - Right click the toolbar, select Toolbasr / Quick launch to turn it back on.
(C) WithOut Warning, An RSS FEED (msnews.microsoft.com) was installed in my Email program(ThunderBird).
CONFIGURATION ISSUES
(a) The menu bar does not appear by default.  If you want it back, click the cog/wheel and select 'MenuBar' from the drop down menu.
(b)  You can now change you default search engine in IE.  In the top right there is a magnifying glass icon.  Left Click the arrow next to it, and choose 'FindMoreProviders', if you want.
(c)  Play with TAB BROWSING settings. click the Tools button / Internet Options / General tab, and then, in the Tabs section, click Settings.

Actually, I'd say that (b) is not essential, and (c) is not advisable when you're connected to the Internet (unless you want viruses).

I haven't used IE7 all that much, though I did play around with it a bit after install, and didn't notice any problems.

I installed it last night, and hosed up my computer for a while, but it was a dumb mistake I made, not the fault of the system or the software. You should definitely set a restore point, just in case; I did, and it saved me much hassle. My bonehead move made it so that IE wouldn't run at all, which left me pretty helpless; doing a system restore made everything right as rain, then I did the install a second time, and it worked great.

Haven't had any trouble with using it. I was worried about whether I would like the tabbed browsing, but it's not too bad, and I can still open new windows if I want to. The ClearType feature is very nice, IMO, I think it really improves the readability of most web pages.

IE7 will be deployed through Windows Update soon (next month or so), but there is a fix to stop it happening automatically if you want to (mainly aimed at admin people with big networks etc).

I've been using RC1 since it was released, and I've had not problems with the Rendo website.  I upraded to the final version Thursday night and still have no Rendo problems.  There are a few minor issues around the web that I've encountered (usually with page elements rendering on top of one another due to CSS interpretation changes), but nothing that has caused me undue issues.  I'm sure they'll be resolved soon as the browser gets shoved down everyone's windows update pipes.

Also, the browser can be easily and successfully uninstalled via Control Panel Add/Remove Programs.  Removing it will revert you back to IE6 (though why you'd want to is beyond me).
