You know the poses. You loved the site. Well now it's back :) I have watched Schlabber have his site pulled a lot so I asked him if he would allow me to find a home for it and Maintain it for the community. He agreed sent me the site and I in turn found the host and uploaded it :) Schlabber is busy in real life with work but plans to put more poses on the site when he is able. so if you have questions about the site find dead links whatever.. email me and i will fix them asap. Enjoy the site :) be gentle with it okay *grin* Stormrage P.S. Click the link above to go to Schlabber's site :)

Wow! Thank you, stormrage! I don't care what the bellyachers say about 'commercialization' of sites. I have just been in the 3D community a couple months, and the amount of free stuff around just knocks my socks off. Hopefully soon (when I have something WORTH posting) I'll be able to give back to the community that gives so generously. I have been having some luck with textures in photoshop, got some nice effects.... You guys are the best. Goldfire

A missing piece of the community has been restored! And how I have missed the site. Many, many thanks to you for the hosting, and to Schlabber for his willingness to continue in spite of all the setbacks. Wow! This is some of the greatest news of the month! - JimX

S Thank Schlabber for allowing me to do this.. I have unnaturally good luck with keeping sites up so know that no matter what i could keep his site online.. He deserves all the credit and praise.. (me i am just maitenence :) Storm

Schlabber ( ) posted Sun, 29 April 2001 at 4:49 PM

hello you all ... and to you Stormrage: no - it's you who brought the site back - today you deserve the credit and praise :o) but here are the 5 points before I leave until September or October (as you've seen I will be back - that's in fact a difference to my last post): 1. I will NOT updating this site until then and I will not updating all the new stuff I'm making until then ... why ?? 2. In September I will release a CD with all my poses and the NEW ones also. At least this CD will include more than 5000 poses and of course all the textures (new ones also) and this and that prop ... (at least it will be FULL and about 1000 new poses are allready finished ...). Why a CD ?? 3. This CD will also include a SEARCHABLE database with images at least for every pose ... - I don't know how long you search until you find the correct pose - but I'm thinking of solutions for making it way quicker ... (not everyone makes poses so fast than me I think ...). This database will be part of this CD - but for this I have to rearrange all my poses and I can't let you all download this poses than again ... and I don't want to get back in this bandwidth-problems ... so I think it will be easier to send and sell a CD then. 4. So what will it cost ?? I allready don't know - but it will be less than $ 50 ... Yes - I know some of you might now starting a flame war on me about commercialism etc ... but think of all the renders I have to do and the database to write and fill up with content ... and at least I have to make some poses and Poser-stuff - lol. And then all the CD's must be burned ... - what I want to tell you is: "I hope you understand this" At least I think it is a reasonable price - and you don't have to start this download and unzip-orgy then ... 5. Just in case you have any poses-ideas ... just mail them to me at schlabber@yourwap.com Thank you for reading all this and one final comment: Please don't use more than 2 downloads at once on the new site - don't let it be down again !! Thanks: Stormrage - for bringing this site back and (if you allow me to say) for a great ICQ-friendship Eric Rainey and/or critical-depth - for hosting this site - I really hope their could be more people like you Everyone of you at the Fora who sometimes say thanks to all the wonderfull creators here in this community and the community-staff themselves - we all need this sometimes

Wynter ( ) posted Sun, 29 April 2001 at 5:38 PM

Thanks Stormrage. And to Schlabber, yes there might be some who rage against commercialism, but you have given a lot to the community and deserve something back for all the time you put it. Thanks to you both. Wynter

I have a problem with the poses rsr files. I love the poses! I downloaded 3 files. But when I installed them, no image shows up in the library. What did I do wrong? The rsr is there in the same file as the poses. Am I the only one with this prob? I think my poser is just misbehavin' !! :)

Hello LadySilverMage, you must unzip the poses with the whole folder under your Poser 4/runtime/libraries/pose directory. For example Poser 4/runtime/libraries/pose/Art - romance 08 no more folders thereunder - so the poses don't work ... It might be important if you're using a mac - if it is so please post again ...
