i have poses i would like to email people, how do i save a pose and email it to them?

File>Save As>Pose Preset  to save a Pose Preset. 
 

Then you can .zip it into the D|S file structure.

huh? sorry for all of the question, i am great at making the render, i am just stinkning at saving it. i saved it as a pose preset, and then i just post a file? does the one i posted work?

Where did you try to upload it?
How large was the file?
What format?
