Hi :)

I have a problem. I wanted to buy a gift-certificate, and I used my credit card as I always do. But when I should check out I got the message that it was declined. Then I tried to do it via paypal after checking my account and I have more than enough money there, but I got the same message, even though I just used paypal an hour ago. So..how do I do this..the gift certificate is now standing in my account, but unpaid, and probably the reciever has got the message. Can you take the money from my instore credit instead, so that he will recieve it? Never had this problem before, and typical that it has to happen when the banks are closed for 3 days. The ordernumer is:

Hi Hedda,

Sorry you're having problems.  I can go and remove the unpaid order and you can place it again selecting "instore credit" as your payment option.  would you like to do it that way?

Yes, can you please do that for me? I usually do not use my instore credit, cause it is so fun to get it all, therefore I pay for items with my regular account that I get my paychecks to, but there are something wrong there right now, so guess I have to wait until Thuesday when the banks opens again to figure out what. But if you will remove it for me, I will go and place it again and pay with instore credit. Thank you so much Debbie :)

LOL. I did do the purchase again, paid with instore credit and it went fine. Then I waited a while..found out that I would try my card again, and putted an item I thought looked great to my cart. Used my card as I always do..and then..it went fine ;) Must have been something wrong for a little while only, cause I have never experienced that before and I have bought a lot ;) jeje, then I know how it is to pay with instore credit too ;) And I am glad I could use my card again, was afraid I had to wait until Thuesday..thats a loong time for someone who loves to shop ;)
