It appears that you might be using a download manager or download accelerator.
If so please disable these tools since our systems dont support them.

Could you please reset the order #111153598. I am getting - "You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product." when I try to download it.
I just placed the order so I am wondering why I am getting that.
I did send the email regarding this and then while browsing this forum came across customers requesting for reset in this forum directly, hence I am posting my request here.
