**gillbrooks** is correct there is a reflection of someone taking the picture..it was taken in a gallery of the tiger picture.ICM, was correct in the aspect it is a 2d painting.
The painting was done by air brush by a Australian artist by the name of Sue Osborn, if you are interested in looking at some of her other work click on the link provided.

I missed on the part that it was printed.
There are some print/frame shops that will print your graphics on textured boards, some that even resemble oil paintings with brushstroke texture. A bit pricey if I remember correctly.

I find that interesting, after reading what you posted ICM, i looked at the site link again i posted but this tme i paid attention to the bottom of explorer when i place my curser on an image.
Thing is though, with air brush you could paint on MDF.

Talking of photo's of tigers - here's one of a painting that I have hanging in my stairwell. Oils on Daler board - painted ummmmmmmmmmmm about 20 years ago when I was a lot younger than I am now ;-)
