sighs.... I have just received my P7 Backup disks by post.

Hurraay... the Content disk works fine.

Boooo.... why have they sent me a MAC P7 Backup..? And even that might be blank... as windows shows it as being empty under properties.

I ordered Windows version and d/l Windows version. One would assume I would receive a Windows Backup disk.

The Saga continues.

PS. Yes... I have submitted a ticket at EF.

Bloody hell but you're having a bad go with EF. I hope you're not a heavy drinker...er...at this rate you may become one. Smiles

I only drink coffee and the occasional cuppa Earl Grey. It would take more than EF to get me pi**ed.

If I wasn't so paranoid... I would think that someone at EF has got a grudge against me... LOL

Actually... I have gone from finding it all very annoying, to being... very humerous. Just when you think things can't get any worse... they do..! LOL

One of the forums I go to, I remember reading that several Windows people got Mac discs instead... so at least you know it isn't just you!

(I can't remember if it was over at Content Paradise or not, I just remember there were at least three people in the thread that this happened to.)

Just had a reply from EF... apparently a group of people were shipped the wrong disks. Correct disks will be shipped on Monday.

Hope I don't have to return the coaster   :crying:

My friend also had a problem with her physical disk.  She got a second one and even had problems with that.  So I believe she's waiting on a third.  I told her that she should have just gotten the download and burned her own CD,  LOL

As soon as I d/l'ed P7 I burnt a copy to DVD, but I ordered the backup copy as well. I wanted a 'pretty' disk that wouldn't get lost in the crowd of other faceless... scrawled on disks.

Well the least they should do is offer you a  years worth of free products for your time and trouble ;)

Ziggie, I am glad for you.....but I am now thinking....I have had no problems...but still kind of want a coaster.....:b_blush:
