My favorite is butter, the real stuff for me, no margarine.  This is from wonderful Amish cows milk, all organic.  When the just baked bread or rolls come out of the oven..hand me the butter!

Second is Cheddar cheese, nice and sharp.  The mints are only for color in the pic and being low fat, mints make up for eating all that butter and cheese.

Show Simon your favorite dairy product..goat cheese, porpoise ice cream, sheep curds and whey..whatever suits your taste buds.

i made some cheese myself over christmas, it was yummy!  I got the recipe from a Romany (gypsie) cook book my dad got me for x-mas...very easy to make and you dont need much in terms of non-normal kitchen stuff/ingredients. I'm just waiting for the local butchers to get some rabbit or hare in so i can try one of the traditional romany stews :)

But sorry, i didnt take a shot of my cheese... maybe next time.

I just love my organic milk!!!! and Jack cheese is my favorite with a slice of fugi apple...
