DAZ has been notified of your problem and will no doubt remedy it. Give them a bit to locate your order... without a name (more than "C K" in your profile) or order number, its going to be difficult finding it by referencing this thread. Have you tried calling them? It may speed things along.

SaintX, We have helped milamber42. At this time we have responded to everone who has emailed us. If you have not yet recived your files, please send your information in to tech@daz3d.com and we will help you. As far as I can tell we did not recieve your email. We will have people in tomorrow (Sat May 12th) to help out any who may have problems. Please let us know if you experience any problems. We will get your files to you as soon as possible. I just ordered the Victoria 2 Upgrade and after giving my credit card details and checking out I received my purchase confirmation (website and email) BUT BOTH WITHOUT ANY LINKS!!! Everything worked fine yesterday, so it's probably not my fault & no comment from DAZ3D so far. Any help is strongly appreciated! Thanks.
