Subject: Problem with store purchase

I have just sent a second email to you guys since I did not hear anything back on the first one. I am posting this here as well since hopefully someone will see this and I can get this resolved... I have a problem...I went to purchase wyrmmaster's Voluptious Vicki and when I purchased it, the browser messed up on me. I had to go back and resubmit since from all indications it didn't go through. I even checked my past purchases to make sure. After I resubmitted, it now has me purchasing it twice. I need to have the second order cancelled and my card credited. Thanks in advance.

Yes, I received your email last night but could not respond. Still having email problems. I will credit your account both on Renderosity and your credit card for the duplicate purchase. Were you able to download the product? yvette
