For my part, i had problem importing some hair (trans map ones). But even with the update, these hair don't want to come into Vue!
Quote - Yet on the download page it says - Poser import still doesn't work right (abnormal resource depletion, conversion errors). We are working this out with e-frontier. Thank you for your patience.

Blame e-frontier for changing the SDK, not e-on for this one

It's simple.
We either wait that all poser related issues are resolved between e-on and e-frontier - possibily a long time.
Or we get updates when some of the major issues are released, as it is the case with this one.
Which one do you prefer ?
Frankly I'm a bit nervous about installing updates after issues with both poser and vue that other folks have had after installing them. I most likely will not be upgrading to the newer versions as they come out since they don't tend to deal with issues in the prior versons, they just pile more stuff on to get us to part with our money. Getting tired of this trend with software.

The latest update works much better for me when it comes to importing Poser objects. I'm not saying it's resolved, haven't used to that extend, but it sure works a lot better now.

Due to the childish TOS changes, I'm not allowed to link to my other products outside of Rendo anymore :(
Food for thought.....

I agree... so far, it looks like as far as upgrades go, this one is a keeper.
Vue 6 Inf is much more responsive for me now. I am still going through my test scenes but it is looking good so far.
Part of the issue is that e-Frontier changed the SDK for P7 and didn't share it with e-on before the release of Vue 6. Part of the issue is that Vue 6 has a couple of huge memory leaks, we all know that.
For myself, I'm happy to know that e-on and e-Frontier are working together to solve the Poser/Vue issues so that the programs play nice together.

Things are working pretty good for me too. Just got my 3rd cow up and running (new power supply fixed it). Can't see any new bugs, I'd say go ahead and update. So far it looks like about 2 to 3 weeks in between patches.
