I have  a paid for storage site subscription at MediaMax. Excellent  tech support  and no pop-ups or problems. And the downloads are really fast.

They offer free accounts as well. You do have to register to get one, but it's worth it.

Photobucket.com is what I use for my thumbs..nice clear images...I usually upload 400x400 there, and then Rendo auto sizes them to 200 x 200 ;)
