The glitches seem to be more frequent recently, especially while they are making so many new changes to the site. I downloaded content early this morning, and all was okay while using a PC.
Never got that error and just today i have been several times on their site. I'm on Win XP, but i dont think apache errors should have something to do with your browser or OS.

Thanks. Yeah Apache is a web server software so, it is definitely a problem on their end. I sent them a note. I did coerce my Vue5 to use the built in update option, and it seemed to have downloaded, but didn't run, which is why I wanted to download the Vue5 update manually. If you were there today and didn't have any problems, perhaps it is because normally the site uses a cookie to remember you so you don't have to login each time. I recently got a new computer and so have to login to all my sites again. Oh well I am sure it will get resolved soon enough. Thanks for the replies, they were helpful. -Paul

Hi, Is anyone else having problems with the e-on website, particularly logging in to retrieve patches? I get a fatal error from the apache webserver whenever I attempt to login making it impossible to download the last Vue5e update. I did contact e-on but figured I would check here if anyone else is having this issue. I have tried it on a MacBook and a PC with IE with the same result. Thanks, -Paul
