Subject: Where Is All The Mails?

Hi.. I wonder what have happen ..I never get mail anymore if people comment my pictures????
I have had it since I came here to RS??

Be sure you have ebot@renderosity.com added as a contact in your email. Also check your spam filters to make sure the ebots are not getting caught there

We haven't made any changes to the way ebots work or go out in a long while so not sure why you would all the sudden not be receiving them.

FWIW, I use Eudora, which has "trash" and "junk" filters, some of which is set by me, some of which is interepreted by the software.

Nevertheless, in spite of the fact that I have allowed Renderosity Ebot emails access, there are those occasional ebot messages which end up in the Junk box.

Considering that over the years, renderosity ebot weirdness/inconsistency has been a recurring theme in the complaint department, I would not out-of-hand dismiss it so quickly as User Error, y'know?

I don't Mike, but thanks for the suggestion:)  When someone makes a complaint about their ebots not getting to them, I have the programmers check the logs to make sure they have successfully sent from our end. And we haven't made changes to the ebots in quite some time.
