I have been unable to contact renapd to get access to the sweater required to use this product. www.renapd.com website does not respond - i get a message that it is a bad site name. And renapd has not answered by site mail query. I cannot even find anywhere to buy the sweater. The sweater must exist because it was in a recent gallery image. The BONUS downloed had the textures but not the cr2 and obj.

HI mazzam....  and I'm surprised that you can't contact me my friend... instant messages are still up on the Renderosity menu bar as far as I can tell and I always check them more than a dozen times a day! :) 
All you had to do was send me one if you don't own the sweater, as stated clearly on the product page! The link would  have been  forwarded to you same as all the rest who did ask for it!  :)

Sorry you can't reach me by email guys... it's already costed me one server move after an email to customers with all the spam I accumulated... I cant do that again and again... and Renderosity sitemail messages works perfect and we're all protected! :)

I have never used the instant messenger. Is there anything I can read to figure out how it works? Just as simple as how to drop a message to someone? (I guess I am not a member of the IM generation :)

Here's a quick tip:
Since you're a member  and logged in you definately have notification on your screen... just check above the vertical menu of Renderosity.. You must see something like:
 **"You have 1 new message" ** - more if others have contacted you besides me..LOL

Click on it and you'll be directed immediately to your instant messages to find the one from me with the download link! :)

You'll see your options immediately... you may reply, delete, archieve...etc.. :)
