I am using V4 with Milan textures, and softbox lighting. Everything renders great in Poser7, except for this little patch. I remember Poser6 having some issues just like this, but it was fixed way before Poser7. I turned off texture filtering due to seams showing in the renders. What setting do I need to tweak? Thanks, -Starkdog

Does that happen with any lighting setup?  Does that always happen right at that particular spot, even when lights are moved around/turned off?  How does it look with 1 light?  What are shadowmap settings for your light(s)?

ps: have you actually looked at the torso texture? are you using any kind of blender setup e.g. mixing in trans mapped pubic hair or something?

I fixed the problem. I turned off texture filtering to negate the visible seams issue with Milan. While I was double-checking this, I noticed that the "normals forward" box was unchecked for all of the textures; I checked every one, and things rendered fine. Poser 7 is acting up on me today. I lost the scene when it crashed while saving, but at least I got the render. Link contains nudity. -Starkdog

Very well :) mental note to disable texture filtering on my own stuff, I keep meaning to do that.
