Hi there,
Today I plad an order and paid by PayPal .... er, make that TRIED to pay by PayPal.  My PayPal account is in great standing but for some reason the payment did not go through.  Nothing left in my cart and in my account it says "Unpaid, No shipping."

As far PayPal itself, I bought another item at another store after this and it went through.  Can you check to see what hapened on Rosity's end?

Hello,

I'm showing that payment with PayPal did not go through, you can send your payment from PayPal to payments@renderosity.com After payment is sent, please send an email to store@renderosity.com so that we can manually verify receipt of payment and mark your order paid so you'll have access to your downloads.

Thanks for your swift reply.  Can't figure it out, having now borught other stuff that went through.

Is there any way I can CANCEL this order OR just use a credit card?

We can cancel the order if you don't want to pay with paypal.  

Just confirm you want me to cancel the pending order and I'll take care of it so you can place your order again using a credit card.

Thanks!  PLEASE do that and I will RE-place the order right away using "real" plastic. 

Might order some jumbo shrimp with that, too.  LOL.  Thanks again.
