Hi there all,

I might regret saying this but unless things change here on RR I'm off, I'm might browse galleries and maybe comment on the odd pic, or post in the forums every now and then but otherwise I think I'm done here. :closedeyes: So all the best to all of you out there and an extra special thanks to those that inspired and encouraged me during my time here you are some wonderful people. :m_peace:

Sometimes it's a good idea to take some distance... Why should you regret it? Good luck buddy, I enjoyed your stay here, and I know a lot of Rendo members did. Thanks mate..!!

Its been great having you here. Your photos are really inspiring so please don't delete your gallery.

Question the question. Answer the question. Question the answer...

Don't leave us Kai, that would take all the fun out!!!!!!!! I hope I didn't say anything to offend you??  If you must go, I've really enjoyed your work, you've inspired us all and entertained us from down under...  :-(

NightGallery ( ) posted Sun, 01 July 2007 at 11:00 PM

Hmm, not sure what things you want to change here. But I know from dealing with the Bryce gallery, there were things I always hoped would change there and never did. The chances your issue will is unlikely, jmo.

At the same time... I will miss ya if you do take off. You are one of my fave posters here and being new to this side of R, your work inspires me.

Hope things get better, whatever it is.

I enjoyed seeing your photos mate, and I can only be truthful and say, I'd like to see more and hope you float around. Sometimes a break is good to revitalise. But hey, you have to do what you have to do.

Either way you decide, have a good one.....

Kai;
Sorry to hear of your decision....I am also one of those who enjoys your work and appreciate your talent.
I strongly agree with Nightgallery's statement;

"there were things I always hoped would change there and never did. The chances your issue will is unlikely, jmo."

On many occasions I too have offered positive sugestions for change in several of the forums/galleries here....but, nothing has happened.  So, like NightGallery says, unfortunately, it is doubtful things will change in your situation.

All the best.

I know I find some things about this site annoying - a near total lack of critical feedback, particularly, is frustrating to someone young and hoping to improve. But at least there is a feeling of community, unlike, say, DeviantArt, where you feel you have to fight to even be seen for 3 seconds. But for some-one like you who has found their style, I wonder what it is that has convinced you to leave - ah well. Farewell, although you don't know me as one of the regulars, and enjoy your ongoing pursuits in life!

What a shame Buddy well I  know we talked a fair bit recently and your ideas sounded perfectly possible to bring about.. So this is a surprise to me... Take a break and best of luck with the new course..

Oh Dear.... I never liked goodbyes, and this one is not going to be any easier....  I am quite surprised and very sad that you are chosing to leave us here at RR... although for whatever reasons you may have, I do respect that it is on your own accord.  I wish I could be selfish and ask you to stay...?? But I guess you have made up your mind.  I'd like to tell you how much I appreciated and admired your contributions here.  Your artwork is fantastic, and words in this case, sadly can't describe how much I did enjoy all your posts, I really and truly did.  Perhaps I didn't comment all that much as I would have liked to, but you should definitely know that I was up on the nines with your work and did look forward to your every post.
I wish you peace, health and happiness with your future endeavours.  I hope that you don't cease your work in photography, because that would make me even sadder to see such tremendous talent go unexposed.
Blessings Dear Friend,
Tofi

This is really dumb! The world is not as we like it to be!  Come back and do not try to change RR this way! Look how many friends you have here! Do it for them!!!
