Hi folks

I don't like the new site's look. I hated when forums changed, and now I hate this new colours and shape (I think I'm entering in a RuntimeDNA clone). But life is life and time goes by...

Questions:

1.- Each time Rosity make a change I stop receiving my forum notifications by email. Need I to check/uncheck/change anything??

2.- Why my New Mail tag is flashing but I have no new site mails?

I'm not getting any ebots either to my subscribed forums. I'm sure tho that this will be corrected soon.

Go check your forum options page again and make sure that your settings for the forum ebots you want to receive are still correct.

I'll check on the site mail flashing "New Mail" for you Casette

Casette,

You had a mail that was in your archive that hadn't been read yet which is why the "New Mail" was there. I have cleared that for you so you should be good now and only see that message when you truly have a New Mail

My ebots aren't working. I needed to enter in this thread to know there was answers...

Ditto on this end here as well, Casette. Still not getting them. Haven't changed anything on my forum configurations either.  :(

Hmm nothing changed on the ebots. I'm still getting mine. I know that someone in the office had a problem in their forum options but that was all it was???

Sigh... I check, I save... I uncheck,  I save... lots of times. But no changes. Since the new look of the site, I missed my ebots and I can't recover them. Please  StaceyG, can anyone to take a view in my account? :crying:

I'll go take a look and see if I can figure out why you all the sudden stopped receiving them. It shouldn't have anything to do with the site redesign as all the ebot stuff didn't change at all.

Hi Casette,

I checked everything out on your account and your ebots are leaving here just like always. I'm not sure why you all the sudden aren't getting them in your email box.  Do you have ebots@renderosity.com as a contact?

Damn! I wish there was something wrong with them. Then maybe I'd quit getting them.

No. I never had ebots@renderosity.com as a contact and I always received my ebots both in OutlookExpress or by Hotmail webmail

I've uploaded a pic today. No comment ebots neither

More bugs. I've changed my email thinking it would be any kind of mistake in my mailbox. The site says: A confirmation email has been sent to your new email address. As soon as you follow the link in that email, your address change will be complete
But in my old mailbox I haven't received any link but a text: You have recently changed your email address at Renderosity.com from this address to xxxxx@xxxxx.com. This message is a notification in case you did not initiate this email change. If you feel someone has erroneously attempted to change your email address on our site, please contact our support department immediately
Where is the link????

Yes, that is a validation email so it goes to the NEW email address to verify that it is indeed a valid email account:)

If you want to sitemail me your NEW email address, I can verify on the backend that the change did occur.
