Attached Link: Morph World 2.0

3 New Face Place files, and a new section for Textures. With 4 new P4 fem textures. I am switching gears here for alittle while, and moving to textures. :) -Trav

Moving to textures???? Guess that means I have to do morphs now? :O) GeorgeD

Wait! you can't retire now. The Vicky2/Posette figure is in desperate need of some of the classic morphs!

AprilYSH ( ) posted Thu, 24 May 2001 at 11:13 PM

hey, i downloaded eve and azura a couple of weeks back... eve works great, but i can't apply the morph targets to azura? is this correct? what's the diff? thanks for such a great FREE site!!

Azura has double the poly count that Eve does (not sure if it's just the head, or the whole body) but that would make the morphs designed for one figure not work on another.

AprilYSH ( ) posted Fri, 25 May 2001 at 12:42 AM

i read that it's "higher poly" but i thought seeing as it is a character from morph world all the stuff in morph world would apply "somehow" ... too much to hope? hehe so, what is azura good for? how is higher poly count going to help me? thanks... i'm still green :)

higher poly count gives you greater control on deforming the mesh.. like ermmm.. making a realistic dimple that doesn't look like some one poked a large stick through the face 8 ) the higher the poly's the more detail and the more resources required to manipulate and render.. 8 )

AprilYSH ( ) posted Fri, 25 May 2001 at 12:53 AM

thank you for that, so that means i should download/create magnets instead of morph targets so i can use them on azura... and most other figures! i have suspected magnets were better than morph targets! ;)

Eve3.2 compatable textures? I'm still triing to make a character I started with on Eve3.2. :) :) :) By the way I couldn't get the color shader to work on lips and eyebrows. Is that normal for Eve3.2?

Eric, your texturing efforts are among my favourites. You have a very good eye, and some of your leathers and armour textures especially are simply gorgeous. Whatever you do, I think you will always do well. :))

Those look great Eric! Downloading now! You can never have too many textures. LOL! I am still exploring all of your morphs and considering the volume of them, I think everyone should be just fine on morphs for awhile. LOL!
