Well no one said when it would expire, and I tried to use it this morning buying some Civil War vessels and I did not get my discount like I thought I was supposed to, which was a bummer, I did not have the money earlier, and since I am a senior and disabled, it really bumbed me out as I was looking forward to another meal, which is what 5 dollers gets me these days, any chance of getting my 5 bucks off on the ships I just bought this morning? This being the first time I've ever bought anything at Rendo,
(very poor so I usually try to make my own), and I was just wondering, is there some sort if time limit on accessing your purchases?  Or can you go back and re-download at any time?

(I'm thinking of catastrophes here, like theft of computer or melt down of computer etc etc)

And if you don't remember where you put the email with the link in it, where can you find your purchases?

Hi Fran, Our Product Availability policy is as follows:

Product availability : Once a product has been purchased and downloaded the customer has accepted the merchandise.
Renderosity will try to make the product available for future downloads if needed but we can not guarantee the product will be available. We suggest that you archive your purchases after downloading them.

I tried to use the 5.00 code  .. on the cart it showed that the total was 11.40 .. but when I completed the check out it shows that I paid 16.40! .. So where do I go to get the 5.00 off My card?

Thank You I finally saw that on my download page ...and I will alway's look there now. but on my order confirmation that was sent to my e-mail .. It did not have the discount on it.. so I asumed that it was 16.40.. It would be nice to show the discounts in the e-mail confirmations so crazy whichypoos like me dont get all confuzzaled LOL

Mine expired at 23:23 Jul 31, rather than 23:59, so I missed out on it.

I'm wondering how many other procrastinators were effected by this bug?

Mine also expired at 23:23. I was gonna used it at 23:40 but I got an error that it already expired.

Can the staff provide us (those who haven't used the gift certificate) with a new gift certificate to compensate for this issue?
