Hi,
I placed an order ( #111267813) but my Internet ligne was cut during the payment with PayPal.
Now my order is unpaid and download pending.
I would want to pay but I have not any link for do it now.
I would know if I must cheach again all products for replace it in my card or if you can do somthing for me. Can you recharge my cart with all items of my order ?

Are you sure it's unpaid?  Payment might have snuck through just prior to internet disconnect. Better check so you don't even up getting double billed for the same order.

Also, is this your first purchase in the market place? If so you have to wait for one of the Admins to verify you.    It's policy for any first purchase be it paypal or credit card.  They just have to make sure that you are a real person.  After that any other purchases you make give you download links right away.

Someone is on call for the MP on the weekends, so someone should be in to look at this thread sometime today.  Unforatunately because it's not only a weekend, but a long weekend, responses aren't as fast as they are during the day Monday to Friday.

Thank you for your answer Acadia.

It is not my first oder, I made over 50 orders and I usualy I give my download links right away purchass.

I am sure that is not paid because I had not any EMail about PayPal for my payment.

I live in France and I did not know it is a long week end for you. So what can I do ?
If I stand by any answer perhaps the items on sale in this order will not be on sale in few days...

Probably not alot you can do other than than to wait for someone from staff to advise you, or go to your cart and see if it's still there for you to process again, or readd the items to the cart and try again.

Please go to www.paypal.com and make payment in full to payments@renderosity.com

Once payment has been made please send an E-Mail to store@renderosity.com with the following information:

Paypal Transaction ID Number
Renderosity order number

Once payment has been verified on Paypal your order will be marked as paid and available for download.
