Subject: Face morphs in DAZ

Hi, so I've downloaded a lot of face morphs that I want to use on my Victoria 3, but when I select my character and click on the morph, nothing happens. Sometimes the skin tone will change and the eyebrows/lip color, but no actual change of the underlying MESH occurs to create the unique facial shape. How do I get this to work?

Well almost all morphs you will need the basic inection for faces morphs in Vic3... so inect the Head morphs before apply a face morph... maybe this is the problem.

So I dont need to buy anything extra, just click the injection first?

Yes those are the extras... when you want to change the body you need to insert the body morphs, to change the faces you need to insert the head faces. The injections are the morphs, so insert them before insert the morphs that you find it. Some morphs free (or not) are complete and dont need the head morphs from Vic to work.

Well when I click on the injections nothing happens. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, I'm just clicking on it after selecting the character's head, but nothing happens. Is there a special way to go about this? I'm not sure I follow...

When you click in the injectiojn for the head morphs nothing visible happens... the file is added to the Vic without notice. Now click in any part then click in the head again and the morphs dial will be there... try this tutorial:

Which V3 are you using - the full resolution version or the reduced resolution version that came with the free base content? Morphs generally, and the DAZ morph packs in particular, need the full resolution figure (which is still available from download.com as part of a four figure set, as far as I know). Any character set you buy or download should tell you what morphs are required (if any - it may be that the ones you are using include the needed files, but they aren't working for some other reason such as having the wrong version of the figure).

Thanks so much everyone, I did have the "lesser" version of Victoria and downloaded the full version from that link. Everything seems to work just fine now, but one other thing...I have the "lesser" version of Aiko now, and the face morphs I have for her aren't working. Is there a free full version of Aiko? I looked but I can't seem to find anything! Thanks again for all of the help. :)

negative on the free full version of aiko. you would have to buy the Aiko 3.0 Morphs and Maps from DAZ.
