the old site here:

and I love your avatar, not grumpy.. determined!! lol

Lord_syphex ( ) posted Fri, 21 September 2007 at 5:49 PM

Stonemason what did you use to make that? In particular I'm wondering how to make the ridges where the horns come out.

stonemason ( ) posted Fri, 21 September 2007 at 9:06 PM

Cheers,
I modeled a low res figure in 3dmax & did all the hi-res detailing with zbrush, one of these days I'll give him a body :
where the horns come out is just a few extrusions & zbrush work

For what it's worth I'd buy a morph and horn pack like that for m3 or d3 like that. LOL

Conniekat8 ( ) posted Tue, 25 September 2007 at 4:53 PM

It's rally neat avatar :)
(That's a lot like what I turn into when PMSing) ;)

Stefan on the other hand is so nice, even a grumpy avatar can't make him look grumpy! :)

Is that why you can't download stuff from the old site either?

I was just trying to get the Sci-Fi wall but I get an error when I tried it just now:

Anyone have the Floater bot, and the SciFi Cylinder, they can send me? I wished I would have downloaded those when I had the chance.

If I remember correctly those are still available in the Daz3D Freebie archive..
you have to be a registered member to get them, but that's free too..so why not, lol

Sorry, not there. If you find em their, show a pic. I have never seen any of Stonemasons freebies in the freebie section at all. Also been registered for years at DAZ.

I sure like to know who is making that website. That guy is prob sleeping. Nearly a month gone already.

I checked the ReadMe's and they both prohibit redistribution.  It looks like you'll have to wait for the new website.

I know, that is the problem. I am on many projects, or I would prefer to make my own floater bot, and I am feeling, that the website can be done today. Why waste my time, when one is already done. I been trying to get this Floater bot for months, and I have emailed stonemason long ago for it. I am at a crossroads for this.

He has dead links here, and people are clicking on em. Why doesn't he delete em?

Oceliane ( ) posted Sat, 06 October 2007 at 4:13 PM

For the floater bot, there is also BAR-CODE's one, but I don't know if it's still available for free...

otherwise, you can find darth maul's probe droids here:

Patience is a viture. Who of us can add a second more to the clock by being anxious? Just wait, I'm sure the site will come online when it is finished. Thanks to stonemason for the freebies!
