Go to the free stuff here at renderosity and do a search for each thing.  You will find almost everything you want, including the dog.  Search in the poser stuff and the daz studio and bryce stuff.

If you join the DAZ Platnum club there are a lot of things that you can get for a $1.99
The quality will be a lot better than the free items.

I think if you search there Platnum items you would be surprised.

how much it cost to joine platinum?

is it several hundred which i cannot afford or just a little bit?

 you can choose to join for a month- $29.95, with $7.95 monthly dues after that, if you choose to remain a member, you can drop after the first month if you dont care to remain a PC member.
or 
you can buy an annual membership for $99.95.
 It is well worth the cost.
You must be a registered member of Daz3D, it's free to register.
If you are already a member the 3D Starter Bridge is free  right now, and I know it has the Millennium Dog LE in that bundle, and lots of other cool stuff.

Like Cimaira said it is very well worth it.
I myself have over 300gigs of items 75%
at platnum is a heck of a savings.
