I'm not a huge fan of the square format, but here it works, from what I can make out of these small images. It enhances the desctruction somehow.

Perosnally I prefer the 1st one cause well I'm not a fan of cropping images even it it's just to change the format. I think part of the art to photography is ones ability to work with the given format and compose something within it... but hey what do I know I'm merely the kid

Technically the cropped version is the best as you have the foreground interest in the bottom right corner of the image, as opposed to in the middle, and it adds depth and leads the eye into the picture. That said, I'm not a fan of the square format so if it's any help I would probably go with the uncropped version.
