Where are they sold? is there a read me included with them? Typically there is a terms of use included with a texture base, and if it is a sold product, then most likely they can be included in commercial items. That would mean if something is NOT commercial but would be free that they could NOT be included.

I just checked.. there are two MASSIVE threads that lead to 2 MORE threads at #D Commune about copyright violation, and Tamelas products.

Personally, I'd dump the textures in the bin, and look for someone else's becuase it looks like such a huge steaming mess that I wouldn't want to deal with it at all.
From what i can tell, her products bounced from store to store, and now no one will touch them. I'm sure there are defenders and detracters, but I can;t think of any freebie release worth wading through that mess myself.

Can anyone tell me if it is allowed to use Tamelas texturebases in a freebee?
