Subject: Victoria Updo?

Will the Victorial updo work with 160mb of ram, 8 allocated to Video. I have the standard resolution textues not the high ones. Daz recommends 180 so Im not too short and thought Id ask those of you who had it. Also what size is the download file?

It'll probably work. If you have enough virtual memory, or if you use something like Ram Booster to defrag the ram before rendering, I think it'll work. And um...lemme see...file size is...just a touch over 4 megs.

Thanks for the reply I emailed Daz to see what they thought, I wonder why it uses so much RAM? The map sizes? I have rendered stuff with a much higher polygon count than that.

Thanks whoopdat I went ahead and got it and thought Id post here that it did work on my computer with the medium resolution maps in case anyone was interested. I only had poser running and I always shut all the extra stuff down running in the background that may have helped but it was no slower than some of my other hair products really. I have attached an image I did with it, no postwork using one of my Vicki2 character pack characters.
