Subject: Free Church for Vue

CaptainMarlowe ( ) posted Mon, 26 November 2007 at 2:48 AM · edited Thu, 19 December 2024 at 2:56 AM

Hello, to all.
I've posted in the free stuff section a church typical from the north of France (eg in red bricks...). The vob file is textured and bumpmapped, and I also included a OBJ file with the texture and mtl file (but no bumpmap). I've tested the obj file successfully in Vue, Bryce and Lightwave.

Hope you'll like it.
Marl.

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again

Well thanks. As a matter of facts, I have a great passion for historical architecture, but I'm no good at rendering any kind of good still with what I model, so I prefer others to do that in my place. ;-)

BTW, I have a few other projects right now. A bavarian house in the next two weeks (eg next time I come home and update my  website !), a complete rework of some of my previous models that are not good at all for the end of december...
After that I will have to slow down a bit if I want to go on with my current animation project.
But modelling architecture with Lightwave is so much fun, and I have so many other castles to model...

Will notify you when I render it then in TG2 for sure Capt. That Bavarian house sure sounds interesting.. ...
