I am having the same problem with a couple of my downloads. order number 111195488 and 111249781. I bought them a while back and never got around to downloading them and now they say the "You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product."
If I could bother you to reset these for me I sure would appreacate it a lot. thanks you so much and havea happy holiday.

At the first attempt to download Order Number 111314250, I got this message:
"You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product."
I'm guessing it has something to do with my download manager?
