Hi!

Long since I was here, but I have worked a litle with Apo lately.
I just learned about the Apo 3D Hack and don't know how I shall handle it properly.
Shall I place it inside Apo ffolder?
When I try to render I get this message, but I have downloaded the flame3 files from the given link.
What äm Idoing wrong?
Shall I oplace the few 3D scripts in a separate folder.
You see, i feel like a real newbe

Can you please give me a little explanaion?

Thanks
Gun

I'm not sure if Flam3 can handle the Apo 3D variations yet, so you might be better off using the internal renderer to render flames made in that version. The message at the bottom of the Export render window is there even if you are using the latest Flam3 version - so if you know you have the very latest version, you can ignore it.

Last I heard on the Apophysis list group, the Flam3 does not support any of the plugins and not the 3D.  It didn't sound like the developer is moving in the direction either.  I was checking too since I use the 3D Hack exclusively and couldn't use it.

Thank for your answers. Well I suspected that, so  render npemally instead, If you render as .png yu still get the flame without background.

That is correct.  I still use the internal renderer because I like the 3D capabilities.
