Hello Fran,
assuming you have Windows, install to your Desktop and check your runtime structure. This gives you a clue where you can find your files. Then copy the extracted runtime to your Content folder.
Windows will ask you if want to overwrite then click "yes all"
You will find "House Mousy" under content tab "Figures Daz Animals
hope this helps

Fran, when I lose something I do a windows search..and that tells me what folder its in and i go from there..I confine the search to my "program files" folder when I'm looking for Daz or Poser stuff cuz thats where they are installed..cuts down on time.
but not long ago I bought a plugin for DS called Finder and I love it..I don't have to spend an hour looking...it takes me right to it from my work area and opens it for me.

I found it - I think I installed it to the wrong folder - i.e. to Poser5 content folder instead of to Daz/Studio content.
It's no good to me in Poser as I can't figure out how to a) get a figure into Poser, and b) get it out and into Bryce.
But all's well as I now have him posed and imported into Bryce...
Now I do have another question about the mouse, If I want to use... the freebie squirrel's tail add-on, or morph, or whatever it is, can I use it on the Posed mouse? or do I have to start all over again.
Also what about using the little vest from freebies?

I save the figure in Poser (I have Poser 5) in its native format which has the extnesion .pz3. I then open Daz Studio and use "FILE -- Import" to read the Poser .pz3 file into Daz Studio. If you open Bryce first (I have Bryce 6.1), followed by clicking on the "Launch Daz Studio" green "s" button, you're in Studio and you can import the .pz3 file. Upon exiting it should show up in Bryce.
Steps are a) create and manipulate in Poser, b) save as .pz3 file, c) open Bryce, d) within Byrce, launch Studio, e) IMPORT the .pz3 file into Studio, f) exit Studio to Bryce to find your character in the Bryce universe. Studio is the bridge I use between Poser and Bryce.
I have had some problems with some things not coming across cleanly (e.g., hair that I've created), but generally, the character comes across cleanly, though I think I have to identify where the original textures are (poke around the Poser directories).
Let me know if this helps at all.
**Ragazzo_Solo,
**Well as I have Poser5 too, it probably will. I didn't know that you could do that with Poser Stuff - that is get it into Bryce at all, so thanks for that.

I just bought the Daz House Mouse, when installing, the readme said I'd find it in Daz Animals... but I've looked and looked and I can't find it, not in Studio/content/daz animals or content daz animals or poser content animals or maybe daz animals.
Any idea on how to find the dratted thing.
