Any body out there want to make a poser model??? We are contacting you as the most likely to be able to assist us. We need to develop a custom poser wire mesh model for use in a campaign we are producing to prevent the spread of Aids and other STD's in Africa. We currently have Poser-4, Ray Dreams-5, Expressions, And the Painter series of soft ware on Mac platforms. We would not mind if you later used this model for any other programs or products. Our people have tried to modify our existing models with out any real success, The results are simply " not there". Africa Vision Educational Trust is a non profit trust providing media support to programs for social marketing, aid and development. We currently are engrossed in a program for Aids prevention in East Africa. As a part of that program we have been asked to produce 3-D animation's for television messages. The actual editing and production poses no problem but, we cannot seem to get the wire mesh model for the actor to work out. We work in poser-4. Is it possible that you could provide us with this model? We have him in 2-d to a very clear well developed idea. The scripts call for a life like model. It's just beyond us to get the mesh model. You might want to look into some textures to make him appear more life like as well. Also lighting can do wonders in 3d...good lighting goes a long way on a bad texture. If you use any female posers...feel free to fight the cause in PAN.WARE textures! I don't mind supporting the fight on something THAT important! PAN~

Thanks for the responses. We are stuck here in the back of beyond and not exactly next door to helpful friends. We are trying to load some of the drawings but the server we are on has been on the------( maybe malaria). any way it some times takes hours to log on and it often spits up at more than a 15-25K JPEG. As you will see he has a well textured "farmers jeans and "T"shirt" in the drawings- thats something we didn't even hope to be able to access Take a look PAN (THE GREAT) if you can do it -WOW. CODEMAN3D we are trying to get him out so you and sewer rat can have a look The KEY is that he needs to be realistic, He's a youngish guy whose switched on but some what "not too bright" We think we have it pretty close in the poster drawings. this will be the first time this type of animation has been used here and it will not only be used for tele but for video teaching and information going out in special trucks to remote villages.
