My daughter has tried to add a couple of my recent images to her favourite images and they are not registering, or the comments she posted to my gallery either.  She has had no trouble in doing this before, and if she tries again she just receives notification to say that she has already registered.
She is registered as Montspar with Renderosity, and hoping to upload her own photography soon, and of course uses her own computer and not mine. 
So could anyone help us as to how we get over this one please.

If you see more then one page to your comments maybe hers is further back on the pages. As for the favorites if there are more then a few you will only see so many on a page you would have to look and see if there is more then one page of them too.

If you can give me a example of a image or her usename I can check it out.

Thank you Sandy - my daughters username is Montspar, her favourites from my gallery ~No Room for Me~ and ~Seize the Moment~ have not registered in her favourites gallery. Also her comments that she made are not in my gallery of either of those images.
 
After finding this she tried to do all again but it tells her that she has already favourited them and also she cannot comment twice.

 p.s. at the same time she commented on ~Tender Love~ and favourited it and that has registered

OK she must be clicking on the add artist and not the add image to favorites as I signed in as her and the error message you quoted is the one that comes up when trying to add the artist. I tried the add image and it would have gone through. As for comments you can only comment on a image once. If you try to comment again then it will replace the previous comment.

Thank you Sandy I will contact her tomorrow and try to find out if she is clicking on the add artist instead of the image. Also ask her again about the comments. Sigh it isn't too much of a problem to me but my daughter was getting frustrated with it.

I contacted my daughter and both her and her husband have checked and double checked and by what she is telling me, doing everything she is supposed to do. So it seems we still have a problem. Just to be absolutely sure I might be going to her house on Wednesday so I will also check, but in the meantime can you come up with any other solutions to the problem please.

Her comment is showing on the No Room" image on the second page done on Jan 11 at 5:03pm.

Also when she clicks on the image to add image to favorites she needs to be sure that she finishes the add by clicking "CREATE FAVORITE" on the page where it goes after clicking "add image" (it will say MANAGE FAVORITES)

I tested it under her account and was able to add your image just fine. I removed it so she can try it again but it works as it should.. Not sure what she is doing that isn't completing the adding of those two images to her favs?
