I do think there is a way to copy D-forms from one item to another, but I think a better way might be to use the "Symmetry" function in the Parameters tab. I have used this function for something like this before and it was very helpful, but I was following someone else's tutorial at the time. I will see if I can remember link for you.
DM-Never mind my last post; I went to look at it and it seems that symmetry only applies to poses. I have been playing around with this and the only other thing that seems like it might work is the Morph Loader I bought from Daz, but I am still figuring out the settings. I'll let you know if I get a handle on it.

Is there an easy way to mirror the d-forms from one body part, In this case a leg, to the other. Without having to recreate what was, really, a fluke.
This picture shows Behemoth with a feline like leg, that I created with d-forms. I both legs to be the same.
