Subject: Chrome
Chrome mat is usualy done with reflecting and shine .. not a material as one..
So the best way to make chrome is using reflect and shine .. thats the way i do it with cylons etc etc..
And thats for 99% why you dont find that material anywere

There is a great chrome material in this car materials package.Make sure you have something in the scene to reflect off of, and use 4 raytrace bounces. I have been using a sky dome, but anything off the side of the cameras will work such as furniture or other types of props.

Hi everyone - does anyone know where I can find a nice, smooth, shiny chrome material? I'd like to find it in a .mtl file, so I can drop it right into my runtime, if possible. I've looked around at several site, but can't seem to find one anywhere.
