Ok, I have made a custom morph using z brush. I really don't want to re-install poser unless I HAVE to. Is there a way to make the morphs for v4 using daz studio?
Any tutorials or anything will be awesome.

You'll need Morph Loader in order for it to work :)  I've never used it before, so I have no idea how it works.

Morph Loader has worked for me very well, far less twitchy than Poser's native morph importer,  and for $1.99 you can't go wrong.

Daz has a good tutorial for it on thier site.
