What happening whith my order,launched on 29.04?I received order confirmation,but I don't receive another mail for my products downloads.

I don't understantood.You tell me to make a very complicated procedure for something very simple.I buyed a product,and I espected from you to make all procedure for validate this order.My order is valid or not?What I should make for validate this order and download this products?And why should make somephing,when another site this procedure is very very simple!????
I was buyed other product from similar site and the procedure was very simple.I received one mail whith order confirmation and ,after two-four hours, a download information whith link for buyed products.
Why is so very complicated procedure,whith pay pal?
Cud you help me whith this ,or I will canceled my order?

The problem is not on our side. It is on PayPal's side. Your order is sitting there unpaid because for some reason your payment through paypal did not go through. I am very sorry that you are having trouble and please understand it has nothing to do with us. All you need to do is go into paypal, select the send money option and where it says "TO",  type in payments@renderosity.com.

After you do that, let me know so I can go in and mark your order as paid, then your downloads will be available immediately.

ok,its very complicated.I don't have a pay pal account,but just  I was make one.The problem is because I haven't 4 digit code for make transaction.I don't understood when I cud find this 4digit code,but is vey very hard to me.Its posible to pay in other way?This mode is very unusual for me
I will tray to re-ordered in other mode,if this is posibile!
Please cancel my current order,and I whait you solution,but...no pay pal,because is not sure fore me,what is procedure ,and what involve this

I will received 4-digit code in 3-4 days,but I don't want awaiting that.Please consider a canceled my order in this moment.I wil tray to buy this products form another site.

I can cancell it and you can reorder the items and choose to pay by credit card if you wish.

if you cud see,just buyed a product from the list.Its ok!Is posibile to reset my order,for payed from card?Its hard to search all of the products,and if is posibile,I whish to re-ordered whith card.Cud you re-aranged may list in my cart,please?

I'm sorry...there is no way for us to go in and change that. You will have to go through and order everything again. I wish there was a way to do so but there is not.
