Subject: Ring around Irises... how do you remove them?

Hi I am curious to know how you can remove the ring around Iris as in the picture. It looks as though I put contacts on her, but I assure you, I didn't ; )

Did you make sure that your texture map is loaded for all the parts of the eyes? I know that if you load in the eye maps and you miss the iris pupil or white it can do that. Marque

First of all, if you look at a real eye very closely, you will see the same thing. (Really, I promise) But, if you really don't want to see the cornea, the only thing I can think of is to go to your texture and resize the iris until it covers the next ring out (on the template, you will need to use it as a guide.) Hope that makes sense. I am tired and need sleep. Angela

Thanks that did the trick. The problem was the bump map I was using on the Iris. Problem solved... thank you all! magnet
