I've been trying to find a high res map for Victoria 4.2 for free for awhile now, does anyone know where one may be? Help is greatly appreciated. :)

Not sure for HiRes but ShareCG present many good free characters for V4
By exemple Keeley or Collen (and others)

i got the seam guides done by snowsultan from the V4.2 base product page if that may help you out a bit www.daz3d.com/i.x/shop/itemdetails/-/
