Yes, the copyright remains with you-if you go to the site, the release for specifically states that it is the non-exclusive right to use it in the book and promotion of, and the artist retains copyright. It also has a provision for asking me to remove your art from anything except the book itself at any time.

Hi,
I am in the process of putting out a book on poser and DazStudio for hobbiests, beginners, and people that probably don't even know you can make digital art in their own home-and at reasonable (at times even free) prices. I was originally going to do it myself, and still will if necessary, but thought I would open up for submissions of anyone who would like to do a picture/profile.
Now, as I have it figured, and the way I'm publishing it, I'm only making about $2 a copy-so this is pretty much a volunteer thing. I would like to have pictures from both Poser and DazStudio, with very little or no postwork. Each picture would need a list of resources used along with a link (great free advertising for vendors if anyone actually buys it!)and a general how you did it tutorial. I can send you the format I used if you like-it takes about two or three pages. I would also like a small bio of the artist to include in the book, a paragraph or two would be great.
I need the pictures to be rendered out at 8x10 300 dpi, but please send me a link to a sample if you're interested. Please PM if you are, I am loathe to post my email on a public forum.....
