I just recieved the pack "Bambi" as a gift from a friend I haven't even downloaded it yet and it's telling me I've exceeded max downloads for the product?!?!?!?!?

Sorry, they just joined so they had to go through the verification process.

 

I have verified there account and activated the download.

You will find you are able to download your product now.

wow.... shouldn't add a gift to a person's account until it's active... it's frustrating >.<
