Definitely a good fit.  Plain and simple but nice.

Very nice!

very nice I like it. just a bit of poke through to sort

It seems to have a little kink going on at each hip, whether that is pokethrough or maybe that the mesh is grouped there and is splitting a little bit as the thighs are bent is hard to say.  The bottom hem of the bandeau needs to be a little bit more snug.  Otherwise looks pretty nice, I'm sure it won't be too hard to texture looking at the structure.

That's the industry name for the type of top you've modeled.

I didn't want to say "bottom of the top".  Did you run the Magnetize Clothing pose against the clothing figure(s) before posing?

ah :) well the top is hybrid, only a lil bit around the top part is conforming (a few rows of polys), the rest is dynamic, like the skirt thingy, the wiastband is conforming the skirts are dynamic, to get a real nice feel.

I see :) It's a bit difficult to get that bottom hem very snug then, yeah.

it can of course be done :) with another conforming part or possibly some constrained vertices.  But If I do that then the rest of the top will hang differently and I kinda like how it hangs at the moment :)

I'll experiment and see what happens

If you want to take it in a little different direction, you could just not worry about being snug and instead loosen the bottom hem some more, maybe like this:

If I may interject here (all: "keep your filthy habits out of our forum") I've seen problems matching up the point where a hybrid garment goes from conforming to dynamic. Poser automatically assigns the vertices along the join to the choreographed group. Kinks may occur if the collision offset on the dynamic part doesn't match the distance that the conforming part was modelled at.

I hope that makes sense. To summarise, try experimenting with the collision offset and depth (I usually set them to the same value, not clear if there's a more methodical way of doing it).
