HI any suggestions re the title.

I have completely removed The program and reinstalled including adding all the updates SR1, 2 and 3. I the program installed in the main C hard drive.

I am running the program on its main runtime only not my normal external runtimes.

I load a primative ball, and then render which cause the program to Freeze up and lock. It also dose the same thing when I try to delet anything prior to render.

The program started doing this about 1 week ago and I simply reinstalled the main files but now nothing works.

Any Ideas.

I need to add. I have installed two programs called Face Gen Demo and 3DI runtime installer. Before these problems happened.

I have also found a folder  in my main C drive called System Volume Information, this folder will not allow me access, says Access is denied, its properties  say read only, and has no bytes used according to properties info.  It was created 8th march 08. I have scanned this file for virus ( NONE found ) and my PC is also been scanned no virus found. I run Trend Mircro Security Pro to protect my system.

Thanks Rowlando

erm leave System Volume Information alone! it's a major system area, that holds your restore points.

Online Now!

If the problems began when you installed Face Gen Demo and 3DI runtime installer, I suggest uninstalling each separately and then run Poser.  It may just be that the programs are not agreeing with each other.

crazy as it sounds, update your video card drivers. I had the same problem and that fixed it. Including slow moving dials and other various issues.
