Jeeze Shari, you make it so difficult I hardly showed my face in the previous challenge but I drummed up some support and we are really going to show you what's talent in this one, hehe!
:b_blush:

I am seriously looking at some captures I made tonight. It seems the contributions above are all so spot on! Good stuff ladies and gentlemen!

Your collage is really splendid Shari, it is good to see the love and dedication you put into these forums and it shows in the amount of fun we have. Ok, enough of this mushy stuff...

By the way, can you upload anything Shari, or are you just talk?

Ronnie, shuffle through your pics, let's see what we can do do shake up this place, I WILL be back later...

I could not help but wonder if some of the structural damage was caused by the dynamite explosion of the 1930's. The place saw so many people and things pass during it's lifetime. Almost like a silent witness... Enough of that, lol.

I hope this works as an entry to the challenge.

I see "some" people have still to come up with a response to the challenge! :sneaky:

So much banter so early in the morning... (Yawn...) Slept right through the first two days of this challenge and now look how far behind I am! I see my fence has already been taken (Ronnie), and my garage (James) and I did have an idea about the old rice mill but ... too much like Piet's shot.  Beth's is great ... all in all, I guess I need to actually move around town a bit to come up with something...unless I can re-post that shot of the back of my house with the growing trash pile (refer to last month's challenge...)!

I'll be back.........

Wow, Drea, where have you been madam? These are excellent uploads.

Beth, I am so glad you joined in... now if we could just get the two other ladies to also join in and do an upload. I am not going to mention names but here's a clue: they are coordinators. :tongue1:

Glad you like my images. Even went "all the way there" once again (I guess this building is about 30m from the house I live in - which actually of course looks a lot better - so it was really an effort) to take another detail-shot...

You know ... with all the dilapidation all around me here, I have to be choosy ... it's only the 3rd of the month, and I can only upload THREE?   Jeez ... I thought that was 2 months ago, power of 3's... now I"m confused.  It's been a week.

Meet Sally and William graciously dilapidating together. Or should I say snuggling ever closer.

The surfaces of the head stones are weathering. Much of the writing has faded.  William was a soldier in the War of 1812 (another lengthy skirmish with the King of England :-)). Looks like both bases are slowly sinking and poor Sally's stone has been broken off and roughly recemented with some very unsightly mortar.

Haven't found any crumbling buildings yet, but maybe this makes a better story anyway?

Not sure if this fits or not , but my first thought was 'horseless shoe' and I liked the rust and still being able to read part of the info on it:-) It reads: ST PIERRE, WORCHESTER MA. FORGED STEEL and after researching horseshoes this would be the kind glued on (also used for horseshoe pitching) If it doesn't fit feel free to delete it:-)

Went out for a short drive with Emma today and came across this, it used to be the offices for the cemetery then it got taken over by the grounds maintainence crew.  Its now up for demolition.  This is also my first attempt at HDR, although it was taken around midday I tried to make it a bit spooky being in the grave yard and geting on for holloween.

Hope it fits the bill.
